Shipping:

We offer free U.S. Shipping. We process orders within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking your orders:

Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Aseel Organics is not responsible for:

• Delays in USPS, UPS or FedEx deliveries

• Returned package to our facility due to an incorrect entered address

Returns:

We accept your package back in its original form for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with it. All customers are responsible for their own return and shipping cost. To initiate the return, contact our customer support team at info@aseelorganics.com with your order number.

Refunds:

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue your full refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to reflect on your statement.
